Abstract
We present the electrochemical properties of LiMeyCo1-yO2 (Me=Ni, Cr, Al) materials synthesized by the wet-chemistry technique using aqueous solutions of metal acetates and succinic acid as a chelating agent. Samples included: LiCo0.7Ni0.3O2, LiCo0.7Cr0.3O2, LiCo0.7Al0.3O2 and LiCoO2, The elemental analysis of products was characterized by ICP, their structural properties were studied by X-ray powder diffractometry and FTIR spectroscopy. The morphologies of powders were examined by SEM.
